Special Four-course Wine Dinner:

First Course:
Classic Cheese Plate Buttery Brie, classic blue, tangy goat cheese and a 12 year aged Wisconsin cheddar paired with crunchy nuts, fruits and crostini.  Wine Pairing: 2009 Petirrojo Cabernet Sauvignon

Second Course:
Shrimp, Blue Crab and scallops with organic Mesclun greens drizzled with an Oriental sweet-sour dressing.
Wine Pairing: 2010 Overstone Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course:
Pan Seared stuffed Chicken breast with a smoked beefsteak tomato sauce, crispy grilled polenta and fresh vegetables.

Four Course:
Bittersweet Chocolate Panna Cotta w/ raspberry Gelee and orange Florentines.  Wine Pairing: River Bend Bliss
