The Cost for the above items include preparation, delivery, set up and service equipment required to serve your selected items (chafing dishes, tongs, spoons, etc) . If you desire servers, bar staff or culinary attendants there will be an additional $14.00/person/ hourly labor charge. If service ware is required, (disposable plates, napkins and plastic ware) is available for $1.00 per guest. If "real china, silver, etc. is requested a $2.00 per person charge will be required. A 48-hour guest count guarantee is required. Payment is required upon conclusion of your event. Prices do not include an applicable 5.5% state sales tax, service charge or gratuity.
