At Yankee Jack’s Public House we believe in old world culinary traditions!
Our chefs cure and smoke our meats in-house, then slow cook for exquisite taste and tenderness. We bake our own bread daily in our own ovens, make our own soups from tried and tested recipes, we buy produce whenever possible from local farmers, cheese from local creamery and support the local economy.
We also feature several of the local area’s finest craft beers, including; Lazy Monk, The Brewing Project, Rush River, Sand Creek, Lucette and Leinenkugel’s, amongst others and we only carry Wisconsin brewed ales and lagers.
Our dedicated “City Tap” always features a specialty from one of Eau Claire’s breweries . Our house wine selection is from the Great American Wine Company, dedicated to quality.
